Ingredients
- 5 oz Rosé Wine
- 1 cup Watermelon Cubes, seedless
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Water

- Pour the rosé wine into an ice cube tray and freeze until firm, for at least 6 hours; the cubes will still have a slightly icy texture.
- Cube the seedless watermelon and freeze on a parchment paper-lined sheet pan until firm, for at least 4 hours.
- Once frozen, transfer the wine and watermelon cubes to a plastic bag and freeze for up to a month.
- Create the simple syrup by combining sugar and water, then heat on the stovetop or in the microwave until the sugar dissolves.
- When ready to serve, blend the frozen wine and watermelon in a blender until smooth, allowing them to defrost at room temperature for a few minutes if needed.
- Gradually add the simple syrup while tasting, adjusting the sweetness to your preference.
