Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 0.50 oz Creme de Menthe
  • 1 oz Irish Whiskey
  • 4-6 oz half and half or milk
  • (OPTIONAL) green food color
  • (OPTIONAL) peppermint extract
  • (OPTIONAL) sprinkles & whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Combine vanilla ice cream, Creme de Menthe, Irish Whiskey, and half and half (or milk) in a blender.
  2. Blend the ingredients until thoroughly combined.
  3. If the drink is too thick, add additional half and half or milk to achieve the desired consistency.
  4. Pour the cocktail into a glass and top with whipped cream if desired.
