Ingredients

  • 2 oz Brandy
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • Grated Nutmeg for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, dry shake all the ingredients without ice.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake the ingredients again.
  3. Double strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
  4. Garnish the cocktail with grated nutmeg.
