Ingredients

  • 1 oz Irish Cream liqueur
  • 1 oz butterscotch schnapps
  • 1 oz Goldschläger cinnamon schnapps (or Fireball cinnamon whiskey)
  • 2 oz heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the glass by dipping the rim into agave syrup or honey and then into oatmeal cookie crumbs.
  2. Add ice to a cocktail shaker.
  3. Pour in the Irish cream liqueur, butterscotch schnapps, Goldschläger, and heavy cream.
  4. Cover the shaker and shake vigorously to thoroughly combine the ingredients.
  5. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass and serve immediately.
