Ingredients

  • 4 ripe white peaches
  • 1 tablespoon sugar syrup
  • 4 tablespoons Martini & Rossi Prosecco

Instructions

  1. Peel and blend the white peaches to create a peach puree. Strain the puree and refrigerate until cold.
  2. Combine 2 parts of the peach puree with 1 part of sugar syrup.
  3. Pour about 0.7 oz of the peach puree mix into a Champagne flute, then gently add Prosecco to the glass, ensuring the peach puree remains undisturbed at the bottom.
  4. Just before serving, stir gently to mix the peach puree and Prosecco well.
