A refreshing and fruity summer aperitif, the Peachy Bellini Bliss combines white peaches and Prosecco for a delightful and light cocktail.
Ingredients
- 4 ripe white peaches
- 1 tablespoon sugar syrup
- 4 tablespoons Martini & Rossi Prosecco
Instructions
- Peel and blend the white peaches to create a peach puree. Strain the puree and refrigerate until cold.
- Combine 2 parts of the peach puree with 1 part of sugar syrup.
- Pour about 0.7 oz of the peach puree mix into a Champagne flute, then gently add Prosecco to the glass, ensuring the peach puree remains undisturbed at the bottom.
- Just before serving, stir gently to mix the peach puree and Prosecco well.
