Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Candy Cane Infused Gin
  • 1 ripe yellow peach (pitted)
  • 2/3 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/3 oz Orange Juice
  • 1/3 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 sprigs Peppermint

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, muddle the ripe peach and 1 sprig of peppermint.
  2. Add the candy cane infused gin, simple syrup, orange juice, and lemon juice into the shaker.
  3. Add a couple of ice cubes and shake briefly.
  4. Pour all contents from the shaker into a double rocks glass.
  5. Top with crushed ice and stir (or swizzle) until the liquid reaches the top.
  6. Garnish with the remaining sprig of mint.
