Ingredients
- 4 oz frozen peaches
- 3 oz chilled sauvignon blanc
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 fresh peach, cut into wedges for garnish
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine granulated sugar and water and bring to a simmer, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside to cool completely.
- In a blender, combine frozen peaches and cooled simple syrup. Blend until smooth.
- With the blender running, slowly add in the white wine and blend until smooth and completely combined.
- Immediately pour into a glass and serve garnished with fresh peach slices.
