Ingredients

  • 3 oz 7UP TEN
  • 1-2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 1 pomegranate seed (for garnish)
  • Pomegranate sugar (or regular sugar) for rimming
  • 1-2 tbsp pomegranate liqueur or pomegranate juice
  • 1-2 fresh rosemary sprigs

Instructions

  1. Start by filling an ice cube tray halfway with 7UP TEN and placing it in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  2. Remove the ice cube tray from the freezer and fill it all the way full with pomegranate seeds and additional 7UP TEN.
  3. Return the ice cube tray to the freezer for at least 4 hours or until the ice cubes are frozen solid.
  4. Pour pomegranate sugar (or regular sugar) onto a plate, then rub a pomegranate seed around the rim of a glass and coat the rim with the sugar.
  5. Fill the glass with four pomegranate ice cubes, then add 7UP TEN, filling almost to the top.
  6. Add a tablespoon or two of pomegranate liqueur or pomegranate juice to the glass.
  7. Garnish the glass with a sprig or two of fresh rosemary.
  8. Serve and enjoy this delightful Pomegranate Rosemary Fizz.
