Ingredients

  • 1/2 graham cracker, finely crushed
  • 1/8 cup caramel (enough to cover the bottom of a small shallow plate)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 1 ounce Baileys
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus additional for topping

Instructions

  1. Crush the graham crackers and spread the caramel in shallow plates for rimming the glass.
  2. Dip the martini glass rim into the caramel, then into the crushed graham cracker to coat evenly.
  3. Whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
