  • 2 scoops raspberry sherbet
  • 1/2 cup sprite or 7-up
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • Pink champagne
  • Sweetened whipped cream (optional)
  • Fresh raspberries and mint for garnish (optional)
