Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Nolet's silver gin
  • 1/2 ounce Cointreau
  • 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce raspberry syrup
  • Garnish: dehydrated orange wheel
  • Garnish: flamed orange peel

Instructions

  1. In a shaker with ice, combine the gin, Cointreau, lemon juice, and raspberry syrup.
  2. Shake well until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.
  3. Double-strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a flamed orange peel and a dehydrated orange wheel (a fresh orange wheel can be used instead).
