Ingredients

  • 4 oz rosé wine
  • 2 oz sparkling water
  • 0.50 oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 0.50 oz vodka
  • 2 medium strawberries (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped strawberries in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute to release their juices.
  2. Divide the microwaved strawberries evenly into a serving glass and muddle them at the bottom of the glass.
  3. Add 2-3 small ice cubes to the glass.
  4. Pour in the rosé wine, sparkling water, St. Germain elderflower liqueur, and vodka.
  5. Stir the mixture gently before serving.
