A non-alcoholic alternative to red wine, this delightful concoction of over-steeped black tea and red verjus offers a sophisticated and refreshing taste.
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 ounces over-steeped black tea, chilled
- 1 1/2 ounces red verjus (or tart cherry juice)
- 3/4 ounce Blueberry Rosemary shrub
- 5-7 dashes All The Bitter Aromatic bitters
Instructions
- Brew a cup of strong black tea and let it steep for 10 minutes, then chill.
- Combine the chilled tea, verjus, shrub, and bitters in a wine glass and stir.
- If any ingredient isn't already chilled, briefly stir with ice and strain into a wine glass.
