Ingredients
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup chilled lemonade
- 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh mint
- 1/3 cup thawed frozen raspberries
- 1 1/2 oz white sambuca
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the pineapple juice, chilled lemonade, and fresh mint. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mash the thawed raspberries with a fork until almost smooth.
- Pour the white sambuca into a serving glass.
