Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup chilled lemonade
  • 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh mint
  • 1/3 cup thawed frozen raspberries
  • 1 1/2 oz white sambuca

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the pineapple juice, chilled lemonade, and fresh mint. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mash the thawed raspberries with a fork until almost smooth.
  3. Pour the white sambuca into a serving glass.
  4. Strain the pineapple juice mixture and pour over the sambuca.
