Ingredients
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup whiskey
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1-2 tsp. hot chocolate powder
- 1/4 tsp. instant espresso or coffee powder
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, mix 3 tablespoons of milk with the cornstarch until smooth.
- Add enough milk to make up 1 cup, then heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and bubbling. Remove from heat and scrape into a blender.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, whiskey, vanilla, 1 tablespoon of hot chocolate powder, and espresso powder to the blender.
- Blend until smooth, then adjust the flavor by adding more hot chocolate powder if desired.
- Pour the mixture into a container with a tight-fitting lid, refrigerate until serving.
