Ingredients
- 1.50 oz sloe gin
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sugar syrup
- Sparkling water, to top up
- Maraschino cherry or lemon slice, for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice, combine sloe gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup.
- Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass or tumbler.
- Top up with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and maraschino cherry.
