Ingredients

  • 3 slices of ginger, muddled
  • 1/2 ounce of ginger simple syrup
  • 1 ounce of rye whiskey
  • 1 ounce of aperitivo (Bordiga or Aperol)
  • 1/2 ounce of lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce of egg white

Instructions

  1. Muddle the ginger slices and add them to a shaker with ice.
  2. Pour in the ginger simple syrup, rye whiskey, aperitivo, lime juice, and egg white.
  3. Shake the ingredients well for about 30 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a Martini glass.
  5. Sprinkle powdered cinnamon on top.
