Ingredients

  • 3 slices ginger, muddled
  • 1/2 oz ginger simple syrup
  • 1 oz rye whiskey
  • 1 oz aperitivo (Bordiga or Aperol)
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz egg white

Instructions

  1. In a shaker with ice, add muddled ginger, ginger simple syrup, rye whiskey, aperitivo, lime juice, and egg white.
  2. Shake well for 30 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into a Martini glass.
  4. Top off with powdered cinnamon.
