Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mionetto Prosecco
  • 1/3 lb Frozen Peaches
  • 2/3 cup ice
  • 1/3 lime (juiced)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Chambord (optional)
  • mint (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine prosecco, frozen peaches, ice, lime juice, and sugar.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour Chambord into a serving glass and then pour the frozen mixture over it.
  4. Garnish with mint and serve.
