Ingredients

  • 6 oz light Mexican beer (Corona, Sol, Tecate, or Modelo)
  • 6 oz Clamato juice (or tomato juice)
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice (lime wedges reserved)
  • 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce (or Maggi sauce)
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • Ice
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder or Tajin seasoning (for rimming the glass)
  • Salt (for rimming the glass)
  • Lime wedge for garnish (if desired)

Instructions

  1. In a wide, shallow dish, mix the salt and chili powder or Tajin seasoning to create the rimming mixture.
  2. Rub the rim of the glass with the lime wedge and dip it into the spicy salt mixture.
  3. Fill the glass with ice and set it aside.
  4. Divide the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, hot sauce, lime juice, beer, and Clamato juice into the glass. Mix thoroughly.
