Ingredients

  • 2 oz White rum
  • 2 oz Strawberry simple syrup
  • 5 Strawberries
  • 1/2 Lime (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 Slice Lime (for garnishing)

Instructions

  1. Place 1 cup of ice cubes into the blender.
  2. Clean and prepare 5 strawberries.
  3. Squeeze the juice of half a lime and strain it through a close-meshed sieve.
  4. Add the lime juice, 2 oz of strawberry simple syrup, 2 oz of white rum, and the prepared strawberries to the blender.
  5. Close the blender and blend until a smooth, frozen mixture is formed.
  6. Pour the frozen mixture into a cocktail glass, garnish with a slice of lime, and enjoy.
