Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Cult of Flowers by Firepot Nomadic Teas tea bag
  • 1 1/2 tsp Honey
  • 1/4 cup strawberries (sliced)
  • 1/4 tsp granulated sugar
  • 3 oz vodka (cocktail version) or lemon soda (mocktail version)
  • ice
  • herbs for garnish (e.g., mint, hibiscus petals)

Instructions

  1. Boil the water and pour it over the tea bag in a heat-resistant container. Let it steep for 5 minutes, then discard the tea bag.
  2. Stir in the honey and refrigerate the tea for 1 hour to cool.
  3. In a bowl, toss the sliced strawberries with sugar and let them macerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Once the tea has cooled, combine 7 oz of tea, 1/4 cup strawberries, and 3 oz vodka (or lemon soda) in a glass.
  5. Add ice and garnish with herbs.
