Ingredients

  • 1 Edible Flower
  • 0.50 oz Egg White
  • Ice Cubes
  • 1.50 oz Jameson Black Barrel Whiskey
  • 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.50 oz Strawberry Syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fresh Strawberry Syrup: Rinse the strawberries, remove the stems, and slice them. Place the strawberries in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes, then strain the liquid into another pot. Add sugar, bring to a boil, and simmer for 5 minutes. Allow to cool, then refrigerate.
  2. In a shaker, combine Jameson Black Barrel whiskey, fresh lemon juice, and strawberry syrup. Dry shake for 30 seconds.
  3. Add ice cubes and egg white to the shaker. Shake again for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with an edible flower.
