Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, pitted and coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons superfine sugar
  • 7.50 oz dry white wine, chilled
  • 2.50 oz brandy
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • 1 lemon, sliced into thin rounds
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the chopped peaches and raspberries, then sprinkle lightly with sugar and stir. Let the fruit sit at room temperature to macerate for 1 hour.
  2. Add in the white wine, brandy, 3 tablespoons sugar, mint leaves (if using), and lemon rounds, gently stirring to combine.
  3. Fill glasses with ice and evenly divide the sangria. Add a splash of sparkling water.
  4. Optional: garnish with more peaches and raspberries on skewers.
