Tamarind Tango Margarita

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 oz silver tequila
- 1 oz Triple Sec
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tbsp fresh orange juice
- 3 tbsp tamarind concentrate
- Kosher salt and ancho chile powder for rimming
- Ice
Instructions
- Make simple syrup by heating sugar and water in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves; let it cool.
- In a shaker, combine tequila, Triple Sec, lemon juice, lime juice, orange juice, and tamarind concentrate.
- Add the simple syrup to the shaker and shake well.
