Ingredients

  • 4 Luxardo marasca cherries
  • 3/4 oz Glenfiddich 12-year-old single malt scotch whisky
  • 3/4 oz Solerno blood orange liqueur
  • 3/4 oz Lillet rouge aperitif
  • 1/2 oz pink grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Garnish: orange wheel

Instructions

  1. Muddle the cherries in a shaker.
  2. Add the scotch, blood orange liqueur, Lillet rouge, pink grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and orange bitters into the shaker with ice.
  3. Shake until well-chilled.
  4. Strain into a cocktail glass or coupe.
