Ingredients
- Ice
- 1.50 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.50 oz Grenadine
- 0.75 oz egg white (about one egg white)
- A few drops of Angostura bitters
- 2 oz soda water
- Mint, for garnish
Instructions
- Chill a highball glass.
- Place a handful of ice, Tanqueray London Dry Gin, lemon juice, Grenadine, egg white, and Angostura bitters in a cocktail shaker.
- Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Strain the cocktail from the shaker into the glass, then add the soda water.
