  • 1.50 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.50 oz Grenadine
  • 0.75 oz egg white (about one egg white)
  • A few drops of Angostura bitters
  • 2 oz soda water
  • Mint, for garnish


  1. Chill a highball glass.
  2. Place a handful of ice, Tanqueray London Dry Gin, lemon juice, Grenadine, egg white, and Angostura bitters in a cocktail shaker.
  3. Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  4. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  5. Strain the cocktail from the shaker into the glass, then add the soda water.
