Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces light rum
  • 1 ounce dark rum
  • 1 ounce overproof rum
  • 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce falernum liqueur
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce Don's Mix*
  • 1/2 ounce grenadine
  • 2 dashes bitters
  • 3 dashes anise liqueur
  • Mint sprig, for garnish
  • Cherry, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients (except garnishes) with 5 ounces of crushed ice.
  2. Blend for only 5 seconds.
  3. Pour into a hurricane glass or tall glass.
  4. Add crushed ice to fill the glass.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and a cherry.
