Ingredients
- 2 oz pineapple, cut into pieces

- 3/8 cup 100% pineapple juice
- 1/8-1/4 cup rum
- 1/2 cup white wine (- riesling for a sweeter sangria)
- 1/2 cup ginger beer (- may substitute with sparkling water)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Crushed ice
- Pineapple and fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
