Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Coconut syrup
  • 2/3 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1/3 oz Blue curaçao
  • 1/4 oz Cream of coconut
  • 1/8 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Crushed ice
  • Garnish: Pineapple wedge

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add coconut syrup, pineapple juice, blue curaçao, cream of coconut, and lemon juice to the shaker.
  3. Shake the ingredients to combine and chill.
  4. Fill a highball glass with crushed ice.
  5. Strain the mocktail into the glass over the ice.
