Ingredients
- 1.50 oz. coconut rum
- 1 oz. light rum
- 6 fresh mint leaves (plus extra for garnish)
- 1/4 lime (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon cream of coconut
- Soda water
Instructions
- In a highball glass, gently muddle together the mint leaves, juice from 1/4 lime, and cream of coconut.
- Fill the glass with ice and pour in both types of rum.
- Top with a splash of soda water and stir gently with a cocktail spoon.
