Ingredients

  • 2 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 oz cream of coconut
  • 1.50 oz evaporated milk
  • 1.50 oz coconut milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cinnamon stick
  • 1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 1 to 2 oz rum
  • Grated nutmeg or ground cinnamon for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, evaporated milk, coconut milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon stick, and grated nutmeg in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Simmer until just starting to bubble, then remove from heat, cover, and let infuse for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the cinnamon stick and pour the mixture into a punch bowl or pitcher.
  3. Add 1 oz of rum and taste; add more if desired.
  4. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or up to 3 days.
  5. Serve neat or over ice in small portions, and garnish with grated nutmeg or ground cinnamon if desired.
