Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz white rum (or Rhum agricole)
  • 0.75 oz orange curacao
  • 0.75 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 0.50 oz orgeat
  • 0.50 oz dark rum

Instructions

  1. In a shaker with ice, combine white rum, orange curacao, orgeat, and lime juice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a glass with ice.
  3. Float dark rum on top.
