Ingredients

  • 1.50 cups ice cubes
  • 1.50 oz white rum
  • 1.50 oz fresh or canned pineapple juice
  • 1.50 oz raspberry syrup
  • 1.50 oz dry red wine (such as Shiraz)
  • 1.50 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • Pineapple fronds, edible orchids, and raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the ice cubes, white rum, pineapple juice, raspberry syrup, red wine, lemon juice, and Aperol.
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth, for about 30 seconds.
  3. Pour the slushy cocktail evenly into tulip glasses or snifters.
  4. Optionally, garnish with pineapple fronds, edible orchids, and raspberries.
