Tropical Sunset Slush is a delightful frozen cocktail consisting of white rum, red wine, Aperol, and a blend of fresh fruit juices, creating a perfect balance of sweet and tart flavors.
Ingredients
- 1.50 cups ice cubes
- 1.50 oz white rum
- 1.50 oz fresh or canned pineapple juice
- 1.50 oz raspberry syrup
- 1.50 oz dry red wine (such as Shiraz)
- 1.50 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz Aperol
- Pineapple fronds, edible orchids, and raspberries for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the ice cubes, white rum, pineapple juice, raspberry syrup, red wine, lemon juice, and Aperol.
- Blend the mixture until smooth, for about 30 seconds.
- Pour the slushy cocktail evenly into tulip glasses or snifters.
- Optionally, garnish with pineapple fronds, edible orchids, and raspberries.
