Ingredients
- 2 oz. fresh orange juice
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 oz. light rum
- 1 oz. dark rum
- 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
- 1/4 oz. creme de cacao
- 1/4 oz. Grand Marnier
- Dash of Angostura bitters
- Dash of grenadine
- Grated nutmeg, for garnish
- Wedge of cantaloupe, for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the orange juice, pineapple juice, light rum, 1 oz. dark rum, lime juice, vermouth, creme de cacao, Grand Marnier, bitters, and grenadine.
- Shake the mixture until well chilled.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass.
- Float 1 tbsp. of dark rum on top.
- Sprinkle freshly grated nutmeg over the cocktail for garnish.
- Serve with a wedge of cantaloupe.
