Ingredients

  • 2 oz. fresh orange juice
  • 2 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1 oz. light rum
  • 1 oz. dark rum
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
  • 1/4 oz. creme de cacao
  • 1/4 oz. Grand Marnier
  • Dash of Angostura bitters
  • Dash of grenadine
  • Grated nutmeg, for garnish
  • Wedge of cantaloupe, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the orange juice, pineapple juice, light rum, 1 oz. dark rum, lime juice, vermouth, creme de cacao, Grand Marnier, bitters, and grenadine.
  2. Shake the mixture until well chilled.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass.
  4. Float 1 tbsp. of dark rum on top.
  5. Sprinkle freshly grated nutmeg over the cocktail for garnish.
  6. Serve with a wedge of cantaloupe.
