Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 oz Cognac
  • 1/2 oz Homemade White Tea Syrup
  • 1/4 oz Islay Scotch
  • 2 dashes Spruce & Birch Bitters
  • Pipe Tobacco Smoke
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass, combine the Cognac, Islay Scotch, white tea syrup, and bitters with cubed ice.
  2. Stir the mixture for 30-45 seconds.
  3. Strain the concoction into a lowball glass over a large clear ice cube.
  4. Add pipe tobacco to the burn chamber of a smoking gun, light it, and discharge the aromatic smoke into the glass.
  5. Garnish the cocktail with a cinnamon stick.
